I also came across a nifty little article from Runner’s World that discusses weight loss and running. As you may or may not know, I’m whole-hardheartedly against the term weight loss, and very much in favor of fat loss and inches lost. Either way, the article has some pretty solid advice for achieving a healthy, fit shape. Check it out.
